Twixt Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Twixt, a service operated by ShopJimmy.com, LLC ("we",
"us", "Twixt"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Twixt. You're responsible for your account
credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secure.
Not medical advice
Twixt provides general food-transparency information, a self-reported readiness score, and
training suggestions based on the data you provide. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or
treatment, is not a medical device, and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
Twixt does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult
your physician before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a
pre-existing health condition, are pregnant, or are managing a chronic condition like
diabetes. You use Twixt, act on its information, and perform any exercise entirely at your
own risk.
The "Banned Elsewhere" feature
Twixt shows you when an ingredient is restricted, banned, or subject to genuine scientific
debate in other countries, along with the regulatory source for that status. This is
factual, sourced regulatory and scientific information about the ingredient — not a claim
that the product is unsafe for you personally, and not medical or legal advice. Regulatory
status can change; we make a good-faith effort to keep this current but don't guarantee it's
accurate as of the moment you read it.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Twixt, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized
means, scrape it at scale, or use it to violate any law or another person's rights.
Connected services
If you connect a third-party service — Oura, Dexcom, Fitbit, or Apple Health — you authorize
Twixt to access the data needed to sharpen your readiness and training recommendations, under
the permissions you grant. Those services have their own separate terms, and your use of
them is governed by those terms, not these ones. You can disconnect any of them at any time
from Settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of the check-ins, notes, and other information you enter into Twixt. You
grant us the limited right to use it solely to operate and provide the service back to you
(for example, to compute your readiness score and generate your training plan). We don't use
your content to train third-party AI models, sell it, or use it for advertising.
No ads, no data sale, free to use
Twixt is free to use, does not display ads, and does not sell your personal data. See the
Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we collect and why.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express
or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopJimmy.com, LLC and Twixt are not
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury
arising from your use of the service, your reliance on information it provides, or your
performance of any exercise or dietary change.
Changes
We may update these Terms or the service itself. Continued use after a change means you
accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
